Hi, I'm Dr. Yoshinao Sasase — a licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Lymphedema Therapist.
With over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping people move better, stay strong, and live healthier lives.
I also coach my 9-year-old son's soccer team, focusing on safe athletic growth, injury prevention, and healthy habits for kids.
